AREAS OF RESEARCH
Dr. Zhou's research interests include: 1) aerosol sampling and analysis, 2) particle deposition in the respiratory system, 3) aerosol drug delivery, 4) inhalation toxicology, 5) fiber transport and deposition in lungs, and 6) emission source characterization. Recent research has been conducted on: 1) evaluation of inhalers, 2) biokinetics and dosimetry of metal tritide particle in lungs, and 3) characterization of red tide particles.
